Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and our landing page development services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. License to Use Website

WebProWorks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

  • Any resale or commercial use of the website
  • Collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices
  • Any derivative works or modifications to the website
  • Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

3. Service Description

WebProWorks provides professional landing page design and development services. Our standard package includes:

  • Custom landing page design tailored to your brand
  • Mobile-responsive design
  • SEO optimization
  • Contact form integration
  • First 6 months of hosting & maintenance free
  • 3 free revisions in the first year
  • 5-day delivery turnaround
  • Domain setup assistance

One-time fee of $689 AUD, charged at checkout. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). Where World Royal Pty Ltd is registered for GST, the $689 launch fee includes GST and your tax invoice will show the GST component. Additional services and customizations may be available at additional cost.

4. Payment Terms

The $689 AUD one-time fee is charged in full at checkout, before work begins. We accept payments through:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Secure payment gateway (Stripe)

At checkout you also authorise a recurring $39/mo maintenance subscription. This is free for the first 6 months; the first monthly charge is billed automatically to the card provided starting month 7, and continues monthly until cancelled. You can manage or cancel the subscription any time using the "Manage billing" tool on our website (enter the email used at checkout) — cancelling stops future monthly charges but does not refund the one-time $689 fee.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). Where World Royal Pty Ltd is registered for GST, the $689 launch fee includes GST and your tax invoice will show the GST component.

5. Refund Policy

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. This includes protections for business purchases under $100,000 AUD. Our refund stages below are an additional goodwill policy on top of your ACL rights — they do not replace or limit those rights.

Stage-Based Refunds

Our stage-based refund policy (in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law): before your first draft is delivered, you may request a full refund minus Stripe processing fees (typically ~1.75% + A$0.30, which Stripe does not refund to us). Within 14 days of first-draft delivery, you may request a 50% refund. No refund is available once your site is live or more than 14 days after first-draft delivery.

  • Stage 1 — Before first draft: Full refund minus Stripe processing fees (typically ~1.75% + A$0.30). Stripe does not refund these fees to merchants.
  • Stage 2 — Within 14 days of first draft: 50% refund of the $689 launch fee.
  • Stage 3 — After launch or 14 days: No refund.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@webproworks.com. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Project Timeline

We strive to deliver your landing page within 5 business days. Timeline may be affected by:

  • Delays in receiving required materials or content from you
  • Complex custom requirements
  • Extended revision requests
  • High project volume

If delays exceed 10 business days, we will notify you with an updated timeline.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you provide to us (text, images, logos). You warrant that you own or have the right to use all materials provided.

Our Work

Upon full payment, you own the final landing page design and implementation. WebProWorks retains the right to use the design as a portfolio sample (with your permission).

Third-Party Components

Some elements may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or open-source components used under their respective licenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebProWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use our services
  • Third-party services or content
  • Unauthorized access or data breaches beyond our control
  • Server downtime or hosting provider issues

9. Warranties Disclaimer

The website and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WebProWorks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not use the website for any illegal purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the website's operation
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

11. Domain and Hosting

Free Hosting (First 6 Months)

Hosting and maintenance are included free for the first 6 months from your landing page's launch. From month 7, this continues at $39/month (see Section 4, Payment Terms) unless you cancel beforehand.

Domain Name

If you choose to register a domain through us, domain registration fees apply separately. You will own the domain registration and can transfer it at any time.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee zero downtime. We are not responsible for third-party hosting provider outages.

12. Revisions and Support

Included Revisions

Your package includes 3 free revisions in the first year. Revisions include minor content changes and design adjustments.

Additional Revisions

Additional revisions after the 3 free revisions are available at $50 per round or can be included in a support package.

Support Scope

Support covers technical issues with your landing page, hosting, and domain. Additional development work may require a new project quote.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in illegal activity
  • Fail to pay for services
  • Misuse our services or intellectual property

Upon termination, you remain liable for all charges incurred.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. World Royal Pty Ltd is registered in New South Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
